As Founding Partner of the Russell Williams Group, Brenda Williams brings 20 years of strategic planning, branding and creative problem-solving expertise to develop long-term solutions to challenging business issues.
Brenda Williams espouses a unique belief that “strategy is human.” This encompasses a perspective that ideas are only as good as the leaders who make them happen. As such, her work entails collaborating with senior leaders to develop pre-emptive business strategies that are internalized and acted upon by those accountable.
Prior to forming RWG, Brenda served 14 years at Chicago-based Leo Burnett advertising agency as founder and managing director of The Lab, a multinational subsidiary specializing in brand and strategy consulting. Ms. Williams also spent 2 1/2 years at McKinsey & Company, an international management consultancy. Ms.Williams graduated with honors from the University of Colorado, with a double major in Communications and Psychology. Brenda is currently on the Board of LV Education through Sports Foundation whose mission is to provide at risk youth alternatives to drugs and violence by participating in track and field.
Among her many accomplishments, she views her family; husband Phillip and twins Cameron and Morgan as her most proud. Her life’s philosophy and pioneering spirit is apparent, “never leave a place as it was before you came...always look for ways to make it better”.

Erica Harris is a Co-Facilitator with myGPS and also Founder and Chief Purpose Coach for PurposeFULL Seed. As a career and leadership development coach for private clients and organizational partners, her mission is to connect individuals with the seeds of purpose that are planted within.
In partnership with her clients, she nourishes and nurtures those seeds, fostering personal and professional growth, which leads to fulfillment and transformation, ultimately empowering clients to have the courage to live their best lives. Erica supports organizational partners, leading them to build strong teams and invest in their employees through a strengths-based approach that elevates individuals and the companies for which they work.
Personally, Erica is most proud of her role as wife to C.W. and mother to Cory, Leah and William. When not pouring into others, you can find her listening to old school R&B music, drinking a Chai Tea Latte, and watching professional and collegiate sports.
